The warm weather we have been having the last two weeks has taken its toll on the ice. Ice conditions are dangerous to drive on. The car went through the ice right by were Red Cedar river comes into Rice Lake on the east side of the lake. I had to walk 1/2 mile just to get to an area that was safe enough to shoot the video.
