Footage of Deer running through a field as rescue air boats scare them back towards the Red River. B-Roll video continues as the wild deer jump into the flood waters of the Red River and cross the river back into Minnesota. Footage continues in the town of Oxbow with people waling and driving through the flooded streets and footage of houses with sandbags around them as the river overtakes the town.
