Major flooding in the Red River Valley south of the Fargo Moorhead area as above normal temps rapidly melt off the winter snow pack.

Stock footage of major flooding impacting the Sabin, MN area along the Buffal River whis had burst it’s by a half mile in places for the second year in a row.

The area was covered with fog and lite rain as the flood waters covered the landscape.
