8/26/2012, Tropical Storm Isaac hitting Key West, FL

StormChasingVideo.com Senior Hurricane Chaser, Chris Collura was out today in Key West, Florida for the first round of the tropical system called Isaac. Currently Isaac is a Tropical storm with winds of 65 MPH and moving at NW at 15 miles per hour.

In the video that Chris shot around Mallory and the Pier on the south side of Key West, it shows the impacts of Isaac on the United States mainland.

At this time, Tropical Storm Isaac is forecast to become a hurricane later this week and making land fall along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The forecast track and intensity beyond 36 hours is pretty much a guess best. There is an upper level low pressure system that is over the Mexican Yucatan which is feeding in dry air to Isaac
