Arctic high pressure is pushing brutally cold air into northwestern Wisconsin. This morning's official low was 25 below zero. LED signs in Rice Lake were showing 23 to 28 below zero. The brutally cold weather has kept many people indoors this morning, with schools across the area also closed. This video package was shot in the City of Rice Lake, Wisconsin. The sunrise was shot about one mile northeast of Rice Lake.
