High winds with blizzard conditions and falling snow are making for a travel nightmare around Saint Cloud, MN, as road conditions have deteriorated rapidly this afternoon. Dozens of wrecks have been reported all over the area, in town and on the interstate.
Footage shows lots of wrecks on the roads with heavy snow.
