As the winter storm and blizzard conditions finally moved out of the area, the cleanup on the roads could finally begin. The Minnesota State Patrol and MN-DOT were not providing support for any vehicle recovery during the overnight hours. So, unless an accident was blocking the road, the wrecks were left until after the storm to pull out and clean up.
Footage from per-dawn and mid-morning of the wrecks on Interstate 94 near Hasty, which is between Saint Cloud and the Twin Cities Metro.
