Video Description
Stock archive footage from Hurricane Frances hitting Fort Pierce, Florida and Hutchinson Island Florida as the storm made landfall over two days in September 2004.
Hurricane Video includes clips of a stop sign blowing in the winds on Frances Avenue and South A1A. Also clips from the Fort Pierce Marina that shows the area and boats before it was destroyed by Hurricane Frances.
Additional footage of large waves washing over the camera, tree's blowing in the winds, boaters trying to secure their boats, road signs blowing in the hurricane force winds, birds in the hurricane winds, driving in flying debris and around debris cover roads, flying power lines in high winds, and damage taking place.
Also included is footage from a trailer park on Hutchinson Island during the eye wall of the hurricane hitting the area and shows mobile homes being destroyed by the high winds of the storm.
