A strong winter storm is working across the Midwest today, bringing heavy snow, cold weather, and gusty winds. These conditions have resulted in several wrecks across southeast Wisconsin and a travel nightmare. The following video was captured around Waukesha, Wisconsin, where the county has declared a state of emergency and the city is under a snow emergency. The footage includes cars stuck in the roads and getting pulled out by tow trucks, county and state plows clearing roads, people shoveling, and clips of heavy snow falling.
