Video Description

Very intense snowfall rates came with the start of a multi-day snowstorm where up to 3-inches of snow fell in less than two hours in places across the Denver Metro area. Heavy bands of snow produced rates up to 2-inches an hour early in the storm creating impressive scenes as the snow came down hard and heavy. The snow fell fast and lightened up considerably by midnight in many areas with the heavier bands moving into the eastern Plains of Colorado.

Video opens up along Kipling Avenue near Alameda Parkway in Lakewood, a western suburb of Denver. Various shots of the heavy snow falling in street lights with several shots of very heavy snow coming down in the lights. Several shots of people walking through a parking lot in the heavy snow. Package closes out with a shot looking straight up into the snow as it falls.
