Video from the same area that was hardest hit by the storms less then a week before from flash flooding, was once again under the gun by another round of heavy rain and deadly lightning. Footage from dash camera showing a total whiteout and zero visibility on the road. Also video of cloud to cloud and cloud to ground lightning just west of Rushford MN.
