Video Description

As cold air worked across Central Oklahoma on February 10, 2021, and across the warmer waters of Lake Hefner causing steam to develop. This steam was then advected across the surrounding area. Since temperatures were below freezing, once the steam came in contact with anything that was subfreezing it instantly froze on contact resulting in rime icing.
