Video of the historic flooding in Plymouth, IN from the Yellow River. These clips were taken between 3:30 and 5 pm on February 22, 2018. The river was around 17.63 ft and expected to crest at 17.7ft breaking the old record of 17.13ft set back on October 21, 1954.
