Stock footage of National Guard helicopter on Seawall Boulevard taking off to go and rescue people stranded on the top of a building that the lower half was destroyed from the storm surge of Hurricane Ike.
B-Roll video shows people standing on top of the building as the rescue basket is lowered down and people being picked up by the Helicopter crew and brought back to the road.
Additional footage of the storm surge effects or areas that were washed away and the roadway collapsed.
