Hey, it get's cold in Minnesota, just deal with it! :-)
In Sauk Rapids, MN where a outside time and temperature display sign malfunctioned "Due To The Cold Weather" and started saying the air temp was actually -196F outside. Actual temperature at the time of the video was about 1F.
For those of you outside of the United States, that is -126.667C.
