Video Description

The first big storm of 2016 impacts the south central Pennsylvania area during the evening hours of January 21st. Penndot crews are out clearing the roads and evening traffic is fairly light. Footage is from the York,Pa area (and Emigsville, Pa, just north of York, Pa).
