8/19/2007 Owatonna MN Flash Flooding Footage From Overnight Storms. Before sunrise, the heavy rain that hit Southern Minnesota caused flash flooding in the City of Owatonna. Footage of homes and cars caught in the flood waters on the south side of the city. The same storm system moved off to the ease and destroyed several towns and killed several people in Winona, Fillmore, and Houston Counties in Minnesota.
