This morning BNVN Weather Paparazzi Justin Teague was covering the major blizzard around the Tulsa, OK area. Just reported that the roads were impassible to almost all vehicles unless you drove a larger 4x4 SUV or truck and knew how to drive in the snow.
In the video Justin shot around Tulsa, OK, the heavy snow had already fallen and the plow trucks were out early in the morning. As motorist were heading to work, many were heading into the snow banks and becoming stuck in the deep snow.
