The first of multiple severe weather days occurred across Kansas where a supercell dumped copious amounts of hail upwards of 2-inches across the central parts of the state.
Video packages includes shots across Rush County from La Cross to Otis, Kansas.
Video opens with establishing shots of storm with various clouds. Transitions to hail up to 2-inches falling with high contrast. Various other shots of hail falling on passing vehicles, POV shots of roads covered in several inches of hail, and shots of hail covering the landscape after the storm's passage. Includes shots of chaser holding hail and comparing it to golf balls. Ends with snow-like scene of hail across eastern Rush County south of Otis.
