0:00- Scenes from the Middle Village area of Queens, NY in the immediate aftermath of the blackout
1:11- Residents putting ice into coolers to preserve food.
1:30- Scenes of business owners standing outside their stores, pedestrians lining up in front of stores and waiting for public transit on Queens Blvd in the Rego Park neighborhood of Queens.
2:40- Off duty police officer directing traffic at Queens Blvd & 63rd Drive in Rego Park. Pedestrians crossing Queens Blvd, people waiting outside the 63rd Drive subway station for buses to pick them up.
3:58- Off duty police officers climbing down from the Long Island Railroad overpass at 63rd Drive & Alderton Street in the Rego Park neighborhood.
4:30- Various scenes from 69th Street & Grand Avenue in the Maspeth neighborhood of Queens of people directing traffic, emergency vehicles with lights and sirens on, and shots of the NYC Skyline blacked out.
