Video Description
Severe storms rocked parts of northern Iowa, southern Minnesota, and western Wisconsin Thursday evening. In Fillmore County, just outside of Spring Valley, Minnesota, a semi was blown over on Highway 63, causing major traffic delays in both directions. The truck that blew over was reportedly hauling batteries from a factory in Oelwein, IA.
